My favorite Decepticon/Destron leader, Deszaras from Transformers:Victory series.
Someone noticed that his sword should be behind the wing and that's correct, but I was too lazy to change that back in the days.
This was originally drawn for the Genesis artbook, but it was rejected. Perhaps it was the sword thing?
